When asked how did I get this name, my mother tells me about the time and care she took to select my name. I think my name was just an afterthought considering it rhymes with my sister’s name. However, my mother says that she searched for a biblical name and then searched for alternatives to it before picking a name for me.
I never gave much thought to my name but ever since I have heard my mother’s side of the story of my name I truly appreciate it.
